The Philadelphia Eagles continue to finalize new OC Sean Mannion’s offensive staff, hiring Josh Grizzard as quarterbacks coach and their pass game coordinator, according to Adam Schefter.

Grizzard comes to Philadelphia after spending last season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and was a candidate for the Eagles’ offensive coordinator position. He reportedly impressed throughout the interview process, earning multiple interviews, including a second in-person meeting, before the team ultimately selected Mannion to lead the offense.

Now, Grizzard joins Mannion’s staff as a key piece of the Eagles’ offensive structure.

The addition brings experience and continuity to the Eagles’ passing attack and quarterback development as Philadelphia looks ahead to the 2026 season.
