The Philadelphia Eagles are finalizing the hire of Chris Kuper as their next offensive line coach, according to sources, filling the vacancy left by Jeff Stoutland, who stepped down last week.

Kuper arrives from the Minnesota Vikings, where he spent the past four seasons overseeing an offensive line that battled injuries and quarterback turnover.

A former NFL guard, Kuper transitioned into coaching shortly after his playing career ended, working his way through the collegiate ranks before landing in the league. He previously coached with the Denver Broncos, earning a reputation for player development and technical detail.

Now, Kuper steps into one of the NFL’s most demanding roles. The Eagles have long built their identity in the trenches, and Kuper will be tasked with maintaining that standard while putting his own imprint on one of the league’s most respected offensive lines.
