The Philadelphia Eagles are once again being connected to a blockbuster move for Raiders’ star pass rusher Maxx Crosby.
According to longtime Raiders reporter Hondo Carpenter, the Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers are reportedly “nuclear hot” in their pursuit of Crosby, who remains one of the NFL’s premier edge rushers. Carpenter noted that while neither side appears to be rushing toward a deal, Crosby is no longer considered untouchable in Las Vegas.

This isn’t the first time the Eagles have surfaced in Crosby trade rumors. Philadelphia was previously linked to the five-time Pro Bowler earlier this offseason, making this a storyline worth monitoring as training camp approaches.
A deal would likely require significant draft capital and salary cap maneuvering, but Eagles General Manager Howie Roseman has never been shy about making aggressive moves to improve the roster.
For now, it’s only speculation, but the Eagles continue to be mentioned whenever elite talent becomes available.
