The Philadelphia Phillies have made another significant move ahead of the MLB trade deadline, acquiring infielder Luis Arraez and right-handed pitcher Kaleb Kilian from the San Francisco Giants, according multiple reports. Heading to San Francisco are right-handers Ramon Marquez and Marty Gair.

Arraez immediately strengthens Philadelphia’s lineup, bringing one of baseball’s premier contact hitters and a three-time batting champion to a club already among the National League’s best.
